A Prayer to Overcome Jealousy, Envy & Comparison

Sometimes we're not angry at someone else's blessings… we're just hurting because we wish we had them too. ❤️ You see someone else's success, relationship, home, career, family, or blessings—and suddenly you start wondering why your own life doesn't look the same. Comparison can quietly turn into jealousy, envy, insecurity, and dissatisfaction. We may feel ashamed of these emotions, but instead of hiding them, we can bring them honestly before God. This prayer is for anyone struggling with jealousy, envy, comparison, insecurity, or feeling behind in life. 🙏 Heavenly Father, forgive us when comparison makes us jealous of what others have. Heal the insecurity in our hearts and teach us to celebrate another person’s blessings without feeling less blessed ourselves. Help us trust Your timing, appreciate what You’ve given us, and remember that someone else’s blessing does not make our own life less valuable. Give us contentment, gratitude, and a heart that trusts You. Amen. Your journey doesn't have to look like someone else's. Another person's blessing is not proof that God has forgotten you. Trust His timing. Be grateful for your journey. Keep your heart focused on God. ❤️🙏
