When You See No Progress, Trust God’s Timing | 1 Corinthians 3:6–7

Are you discouraged because you’ve been trying so hard, praying, and doing your best—but nothing seems to be changing? This Bible verse is a reminder to trust God’s timing. 🙏❤️ 📖 1 Corinthians 3:6–7 says: “I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” Paul uses the picture of planting and watering to remind us that we have a part to play, but God is the One who brings the growth. Sometimes you plant through your hard work. You water through prayer, patience, and faith. But you may not immediately see the results you hoped for. That doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Just like a seed can grow beneath the soil before anything becomes visible, God can be working in ways you cannot yet see. So don’t give up simply because progress feels slow. Keep planting. Keep watering. Keep praying. Keep doing what is right. Your responsibility is faithfulness. The growth belongs to God.
