📖 Surah Al-Baqarah (2:45) > وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ “And seek help through patience and prayer; and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah].” 🕊 Explanation: In this verse, Allah instructs the believers to seek strength and guidance through two powerful means: 1. Sabr (Patience): This includes being patient during hardships, resisting sins, and staying firm in obedience to Allah. 2. Salah (Prayer): Turning to Allah in prayer gives peace and spiritual strength. But Allah also mentions that prayer feels heavy and difficult for those whose hearts are not humble. Only the khāshiʿīn (those with true humility and awareness of Allah) find peace and comfort in prayer because they understand its value and stand before their Creator with sincerity. --- 📖 Surah Al-Baqarah (2:46) > الَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَاقُوا رَبِّهِمْ وَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ “Who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him.” 🕊 Explanation: This verse describes the qualities of the humble believers mentioned in the previous verse: They have firm belief in the meeting with Allah — meaning, they are certain about the Day of Judgment. They know they will return to Allah, so they live their lives with accountability and sincerity. Because of this strong faith, they find it easy to be patient and steadfast in prayer. Their trust in the Hereafter gives them strength to handle life’s trials calmly. --- 🌿 Summary of Verses 45–46: Seek Allah’s help through patience and prayer. Prayer is difficult only for those who lack humility. True believers are humble, believe in meeting Allah, and know they will return to Him.
