Welcome, creator. This guide walks you through everything, from your first sign-in to your first payout. No camera needed. You type an idea, AI turns it into a video, and you publish it to an audience that loves AI content.
Step 1: Create Your Account
You need a free account to upload, comment, follow, and earn. Here's how to set one up.
The fast way (recommended):
Go to the Sign In page.
Click Sign up with Google.
You are in. No email code needed.
The email way:
Open the Sign Up page.
Pick a username (4 to 20 letters, no spaces). The site checks if it is free as you type.
Add your email, phone number, and a password (8 characters or more).
Click Create your account.
Check your email for a 6-digit code, type it in, and click Verify. Check spam if it is slow.
Tip: Arriving from an invite link? Use the full Sign Up page, not the quick pop-up. The pop-up skips the phone field and can get stuck.
Step 2: Set Up Your Channel
Your channel is your home base. A complete profile helps fans find you and trust you. Set it up now, it takes two minutes.
Add a profile picture and crop it.
Add a cover banner at the top.
Set your name and @username.
Open Edit Profile and fill in your bio, languages, country, and social links (X, Instagram, TikTok).
Click Submit.
Done. Your channel now shows your followers, video count, and streak.
Step 3: Make Your First Video
You have two ways to get a video onto AITube. Pick whichever fits you.
Option A: Generate a video on AITube
Use the AI Creator Studio (also called the Generate page) to make a video from text.
Open the Generate page and sign in.
Choose a quality mode: Fast for cheaper and quicker, or High Quality for sharper results.
Pick an AI model (see Step 4 for help choosing).
Write your prompt. Describe the scene, the mood, and the action clearly.
Set your style, aspect ratio (wide for desktop, tall for shorts), and duration.
Check the Required Credits shown on screen.
Click Generate Video and let the AI work.
When it is ready, add a title and description, then publish. You can also share the prompt you used, which is a friendly way to help other creators.
Option B: Upload a video you already made
Made an AI video somewhere else? Bring it over.
Click the Upload button in the top bar.
Add a title and description.
Add the prompt you used (optional but appreciated).
Publish.
Step 4: Choose the Right AI Model
Each model is like a different artist. Some are fast and cheap, some are premium and detailed. You pay credits per second of video, so the model you pick sets the price.
Here is a quick cheat sheet of popular models and their rough cost:
Seedance-1-lite, about 1 credit per second. Great for testing ideas cheaply.
Seedance-1 Pro, about 2 credits per second. Budget-friendly and flexible.
Kling V2.1, about 3 credits per second. Good when you start from an image.
Google VEO-2, about 25 credits per second. Strong quality.
Google VEO-3, about 160 credits per second. Top-tier, premium results.
Plus more: Kling Master, Minimax, Hailuo 02, Tencent Hunyuan, and Pixverse v5.
Start cheap, then scale. Test your idea on a low-cost model first. Once you like the result, rerun it on a premium model for the final version. See full per-model pricing on the Pricing page.
New to terms like "aspect ratio" or "text-to-video"? The AI Video Glossary explains them fast.
Step 5: Understand Credits and Plans
Credits are the fuel for making videos. Pick the plan that matches how much you create.
Creator, $19.99 per month. 1,050 credits, 1080p, no watermark, premium models, and basic analytics.
Pro, $34.99 per month. 1,875 credits, up to 2K, all models, advanced analytics, boosts, Pro badges, and instant verification.
Pay As You Go, $3. 150 credits that never expire, with no subscription needed.
Good to know:
Save 20% if you pay yearly.
Subscription credits roll over and build up.
Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
Cancel anytime, and you keep the credits you have paid for.
New subscriptions come with a 5-day money-back guarantee.
Step 6: Go on Autopilot With Story Short
Want your channel to stay active without daily work? Use Story Short (the AI Shorts Studio).
Here is what it does for you:
Plan a daily or weekly mini-series.
AITube writes, voices, and builds each episode with AI.
New episodes publish automatically.
You get AI voiceover, no editing, and a channel that never goes quiet. Set it up once on the Story Short page and let it run.
For the full setup, see our Story Short Auto Series guide.
Step 7: Manage and Polish Your Videos
Use your channel's owner tabs to run everything: Home, Shorts, Drafts, My Plan, Promotions, Monetization, Posts, Comments, Blocked Channels, Referrals, and About.
Make the most of these tools:
Custom thumbnails. Pick the image people see first.
Video threads. Link related videos into a series.
Drafts and auto-save. Your work saves as you go.
Edit, publish, or unpublish any video from its menu.
Pin comments (up to 3 per video) to highlight the best replies.
Step 8: Grow Your Audience
More views, more followers, more earnings. Use these habits to grow faster.
Post often. Even short videos count. Consistency wins.
Write clear, searchable titles. Say what the video is.
Reply to comments. Engagement builds loyal fans.
Share your videos outside AITube too.
Follow trends to stay relevant.
Make longer videos. Videos 8 minutes or longer can run mid-roll ads, which often earn more.
Want a fast boost? Use Profile and Featured Video Boosts, a Pro feature, to push your work higher and reach more people.
Step 9: Get the Verified Badge
The blue check tells viewers you are the real deal. Here is how to earn it.
First, meet the requirements:
A real name or brand.
A complete profile.
10 or more AI videos posted.
Steady activity, about 2 uploads a month over 60 days.
Not too many reported videos.
Then apply:
Open the Become Verified flow.
Review the requirements.
Upload the front and back of a government ID (under 10 MB).
Submit and wait for review, usually up to 48 hours.
Shortcut: Pro members get instant verification.
Step 10: Compete in Prompt Battles
Prompt Battles are themed contests with real prizes. They're fun, and they get your channel noticed.
Open the Prompt Battles page and pick a live battle.
Read the theme, rules, and deadline.
Create your video and submit before time runs out.
Collect votes and feedback from the community.
Win prizes.
Prizes include AITube Credits (up to 1,000 for first place) or cash (some battles pay $75 or more). Most battles are free to enter, and winning earns you badges and a spot on the Leaderboard.
Want the full playbook? Read our step-by-step guide on how to enter and win AITube Prompt Battles.
Step 11: Start Earning (Monetization)
Here is the part you have been waiting for. Your videos can pay you.
The ways you earn
Watch Page Ads, from ads on your video pages, plus extra from Premium viewers.
Shorts Feed Ads, from ads between your shorts.
Community Page Ads, from ads on your posts.
Banner Ads, quiet passive earnings across your content.
How to unlock it
You earn eligibility first. Check your live checklist on the Monetization page. You'll usually need to:
Verify your account.
Grow your followers.
Reach a view count over 60 days.
Post a minimum number of public videos.
Most creators get there in about 2 to 4 weeks.
How to apply
When you are eligible, click Apply for Monetization and complete the 4 steps:
Personal Info.
Tax Info.
Payout Method, where you connect Stripe.
Review.
How you get paid
Connect Stripe in your Earnings dashboard.
Withdraw once you reach the $50 minimum.
Payments arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
What you keep
Video Ads: 55%.
Shorts: 45%.
Thread Ads: up to 30%.
Remember: videos you boost or promote yourself do not earn a revenue share. Boosting grows views, not ad income.
Step 12: Post in the Community
The Community is where creators and fans connect. Use it to build a following beyond your videos.
Open the Community page.
Click Write Thread.
Add a title, a description, and any images or video.
Click Post Thread.
Short on ideas? Use the AI Thread button to draft a post, which uses a few credits. Then like, comment, repost, and follow to keep the conversation going.
Step 13: Track Your Progress
Keep an eye on what is working.
Analytics. See views and audience data. Creator gives you the basics, Pro gives you the deep stats.
Achievements and Badges. Earn these automatically as you create and grow. They show on your channel.
Notifications. The bell alerts you to new likes, comments, follows, and finished videos.
